Bios
David L. Bebout of
Joelton, TN
David has been a part of off-road motorcycling for many years for fun and
competition and also enjoys fishing, camping, and the outdoors. He is a
native to Nashville. David attended David Lipscomb High School and then
attended David Lipscomb University and Vanderbilt University. David served
on the board of directors of Middle Tennessee Dirt Riders (MTDR) for six
years. He served as president for two years of the organization. MTDR is
the largest OHV association in Tennessee. David is now currently a
shareholder of MTDR. For the past few years David has tackled the position
of Ride Master for MTDR's Spring Trail Ride (+1,200 ATV/Bike riders) at
Loretta Lynn's Ranch where his responsibilities were overseeing and
organizing all aspects of the ride. David has also served in official
capacity at the AMA National Amateur Motocross event for the past years.
David has also overseen many more club rides as well here in the state as
well as other states. David has worked closely with OHV4TN in the past
years. This includes working with NOHVCC, AMA, TWRA, and the Blue Ribbon
Coalition. David was just elected by his peers in the OHV community in
the State of Tennessee to serve for the next two years as president of the
newly formed Tennessee Off-Highway Vehicle Association which represents dirt
bike, ATV's, and 4x4 vehicles.
David is currently a federally certified bomb technician working here in
the State of Tennessee. David is married and has one daughter. Both his
wife and his daughter participate in the sport of OHV use. His daughter is
an avid motocross racer. David is committed to working with other agencies
in Tennessee for the future use of OHV's.

Danny Jenkins of Soddy Daisy, TN
Danny was born and raised in Torrance, CA before moving to TN. He has been involved in OHV for approximately 33 years. He grew up riding in the mountains of CA such as Gorman, Hungry Valley, and Kennedy Meadows. He also spent much of my riding time in Riverside, CA and the Mojave desert. Most of his time now is spent running through the woods on his KTM450 MXC, Ranger 4x4, and utility 4 wheelers.
Danny is currently employed by BlueCross BlueShield of TN and works as a Principle Consultant in the Human Resource department, specializing in Information Systems Design. He is married and has one daughter. Both his wife and his daughter participate in the sport of OHV use.
